How to lose weight in winter?

Winter is an exceptionally difficult  time for our period. As a reaction to winter, our body requires more caloric, fatter food than in the summer. With worse weather and lack of light, we are facing difficulties to force ourselves to any physical activity. There will also be many opportunities to celebrate – Christmas, New Year’s Eve, carnival parties. No wonder most of us get this extra winter fat. How can we get rid of it?
